Brent Peeters

Brent Peeters graduated with distinction from KU Leuven in June 2026, obtaining a Master of Laws degree. He has since been admitted to the Limburg Bar and immediately joined our law firm. As a lawyer, he approaches legal issues with an analytical mindset and particular attention to the person behind each case.

Brent primarily focuses on family law, family property law, social law, contract law, and tenancy disputes. A thorough knowledge of each case, in-depth analysis, and client-focused guidance are at the core of his practice.

He is convinced that court proceedings are not always the most appropriate solution and considers litigation a last resort when consultation or an amicable settlement no longer offers a way forward. By emphasizing dialogue, pragmatic solutions, and a well-considered legal strategy, he strives to achieve sustainable results for his clients.

Brent enjoys working as part of a team and strongly believes in the added value of collaboration. Outside the legal profession, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and finds relaxation along the Belgian coast.
