Guido is mainly active in mergers and acquisition projects in our law firm in collaboration with our team of lawyers specialized in corporate law.
Having graduated as a civil engineer (KU Leuven), Guido followed additional studies: civil engineer in industrial policy (KU Leuven), Master of Business Administration (Thomas Moore College, Antwerpen), Avira (Insead, Fontainebleau, France) and Mediator in civil and commercial matters (B Mediation, Brussels). 
After starting his professional life in the industrial sector (Monsanto), he gained experience in technology transfer mediation and in M&A.
Guido has more than 35 years of experience in the M&A sector. He was director of Corporate Finance at LRM, a regional investment firm, where he led a team of investment managers and financial analists. He supervised financing projects from the initial phase to the final signature. Guido is a board member of a number of companies and is a former treasurer of the Belgian Venturing Association.
Guido was a board member of Broederlijk Delen (Brussels), a NGO that finances development aid projects. He is now board member of Berkenhof (Leopoldsburg), a center for people with disabilities.
Guido is a former regional president of the Order of the Prince in Limburg, an association for the promotion of the Dutch language and culture.
